This Privacy Policy is to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using the Aqui app. If you do not agree to our practices, please do not use the Aqui App.

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application “Aqui” (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Gabriel Pereira. The Application is a travel app that helps you find places of interest near you.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

This app is aimed at people over 13. This app collects information from you so we can give you the service you wanted and Improve the app over time
We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

Aqui includes measuring tools. We want to learn how you use the app so we can improve it in future updates. Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within in order to serve you with relevant results and display relevant advertisements. The location data maybe be shared with trusted third parties in order to provide relevant advertisements. Your device allows control whether this app accesses your location or not. This app includes adverts.
We provide our partners with some information about the way you use our app so they can advertise products and services that are more likely to be relevant to you.
Ad networks are companies that manage the advertising process on this and many other apps. For that reason, they may know information about you based on the way you use all the apps where they provide advertising services. They compile this information to paint a picture of which types of adverts you are likely to be interested in.

Aqui is not a social network itself, but it does connect to the following networks:

Aqui connects to social networks so you can Sign-in to the app.
REGISTRATION AND AUTHENTICATION
By registering or authenticating, Users allow this Application to identify them and give them access to dedicated services.Depending on what is described below, third parties may provide registration and authentication services.In this case, this Application will be able to access some Data, stored by these third party services, for registration or identification purposes.
DIRECT REGISTRATION (THIS APPLICATION)
The User registers by filling out the registration form and providing the Personal Data directly to this Application. Personal Data collected: Name, Gender and Email.

The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.

The following precautions to make sure it cannot be accessed or altered – Data is encrypted in transit using Industry standard Internal security protocols.
If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at gabeira+aquiprivacy@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly. Aqui does not allow you to access, amend and/or delete your data.
System Logs and Maintenance
For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third party services may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System Logs).
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
